Since January 1, 2006, Platinum General Insurance Agency, LLC, and Top Finance Company, Inc. each became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Platinum Group of Companies, Inc. (“Parent”).  In addition, Platinum holds a 44.2% interest in an insurance company and general agent, Alliance United Group, Inc.
